This letter is to grant the public the right to feature Kerberos Productions game footage in online, streaming video – such as YouTube, Twitch.tv, Vimeo, etc. – and monetize these videos for the purpose of generating an income.
These rights do not extend to other media (they may, but let’s cross that bridge when we get to it).
Trailers are considered game footage, but we encourage content creators, whenever possible, to retain our logos, ESRB/rating info, URL links, etc. You don’t have to, but just try, for our peace of mind.
Kerberos reserves the right to retract our approval in whole or in a case-by-case basis (we probably won’t, but just in case our stuff appears in future holo-porn, or what have you, and we think it’s bad for the company, this is us covering our bases)
